BCRIC strives to continue Dr. Betty Cowan's passion in rural outreach projects. She dedicated much of her time towards helping and reaching out to the needs of rural women and children.
One of our main focus has been to find funds towards awareness/education and cancer screening programs in the rural villages. We work closely with the Medical Superintendent and the Rural Health Outreach Program office.
